Personalized Products

As most of our products are customized with names, initials, logos, or personalized designs, customized products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once production has started.

Eligible Returns

Returns or replacements will only be accepted in the following cases:

• Product received is damaged during transit.
• Wrong product delivered.
• Product has a manufacturing defect.

Reporting an Issue

To request a replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Order Number
• Clear photos of the product
• Photos of the packaging (if damaged)

Refund Processing

If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before customization or processing begins. Once production starts, cancellations are not possible.
